Who runs this site
IT Solvers is an IT service business run by its CEO, Hyeok Lee (Business Registration No. 364-11-03265). We take on software, web, and mobile app development, system maintenance, and IT asset and PC supply and installation.
The CEO has built and operated finance and lease domain systems for more than 20 years. The technical insights on this site come from that hands-on experience.

What you will find here
The English home page lists everything we publish for free:
- Guides and terminology – a lease overview, lease terminology, and a guide to revenue recognition for finance and operating leases, explained in plain English with examples.
- Calculators – a lease payment calculator, a cash-flow IRR calculator, and a calculator that works backward from a target IRR. The calculation methods are published with the code.
- MVP (Minimum Viable Product) – services we are building ourselves, such as an e-contract tool you install on your own server with no subscription.
How we write
- Accounting and lease content is explained against standards such as K-IFRS 1116, and we try to separate what the standard says from common industry practice.
- Example figures are made up to aid understanding. The calculators are for learning only and are not an estimate, accounting opinion, or tax advice.
- When we correct an error, we fix the page and show the publication date at the top.
